Queen City Seed Library

The Queen City Seed Library was established by area seed savers ensure a population of seeds adapted to our northern climate and freely available to the community.

The library is located in the old card catalog at the Peter White Public Library. Seed library users can check out seeds to plant in the spring, save seeds from a few of the plants and return the saved seeds for next year.

If you have any questions please send us an email. If you’re not yet a seed saver, but are interested in learning, join us at one of the events we host throughout the year: Marquette Seed Swap, the Marquette Plant Swap, seed saving educational events, and an annual potluck.
